Saint Malo was created in collaboration with Noëlle and David Faure, acclaimed masters of French cuisine and Michelin-starred chefs.

The charismatic David Faure has earned the respect of some of the most influential figures in French gastronomy, including the legendary Joël Robuchon, who once honoured him with a kiss on the forehead as a gesture of admiration for his culinary achievements and contribution to the craft.
