FRENCH CUISINE AND WINE
SAINT MALO –
is a restaurant celebrating oysters, seafood, and authentic French cuisine from across the regions of France, accompanied by an extensive collection of French wines.
Located in the heart of Vilnius, Saint Malo welcomes guests with a spacious courtyard terrace tucked away from the city’s bustle.
Here, l’art de vivre – the French art of living – comes together with a passion for quality food, fine wine, and the pleasure of enjoying the present moment.
Our aim is to share the spirit of French culture and create a destination for exceptional dining and memorable moments in Vilnius.
The menu celebrates the diverse culinary traditions of France, from Brittany and the Alps to Provence, Burgundy, Normandy and Bordeaux.
Each dish tells a story of regional heritage, exceptional local ingredients, and a deep appreciation for flavour. Particular emphasis is placed on seafood and the classic recipes that have made French cuisine renowned around the world and earned recognition by UNESCO as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Saint Malo was created in collaboration with acclaimed French chefs Noëlle and David Faure, both Michelin-starred French chefs.
The charismatic David Faure has earned recognition from some of the most respected figures in French gastronomy, including the legendary Joël Robuchon, who once honoured him with a kiss on the forehead as a gesture of admiration for his culinary achievements.
Saint Malo is a journey to France without leaving Lithuania. Authentic French cuisine without pretension – just honest flavours, exceptional ingredients, and a welcoming dining experience inspired by the French way of life.
