Saint Malo Restaurant was born out of a love for France and its cuisine, with the goal of bringing the French art de vivre to the heart of Vilnius. Created in collaboration with renowned Michelin-starred French chefs Noëlle and David Faure, it offers a menu that reflects the diverse regions of France – from Brittany to the Alps, and from Provence to Burgundy. The dishes on the menu tell a story of France’s rich heritage, distinctive regional ingredients, and centuries-old culinary traditions, with a special focus on seafood and traditional recipes that have earned French cuisine worldwide acclaim.
